Principal Designer
Our Founder previously held the executive position of Director of Retail Experience & Development at Ollie.co, a Progressive Hotel and Co-Living Property Operations Company, where he was responsible for planning, design, implementation, and operation of Ollie’s properties’ food and beverage, lobby and retail assets nationwide. In this role he successfully created a scalable retail food & beverage brand for the company - designing, creating business plans, brand standards, budgets, staffing plans, standard operating procedures, and everything in between - integrating his Cafe & Bar model into the lobby of hotels and residential developments nationwide as profitable experiential amenities.
Prior to this Executive position at Ollie, he designed, opened and operated a Specialty Coffee Bar & Restaurant known as River Coyote at 121 Ludlow Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
Today he is the principal designer of Kings Point Kitchens, executing thoughtfully designed custom-built kitchens for residences across Nassau County.
